HUTIRA s.r.o. is a Czech company founded in 1990 in Popůvky u Brno, with more than 79,000 water meter shafts installed in the Czech Republic since it introduced the Modulo model in 2008. On January 1, 2023, its two water brands — HUTIRA VISION (water treatment) and ATJ special (shafts and network components) — merged into a single water division under HUTIRA s.r.o.
Through its authorized distributor ISOThermal Innovations Inc., HUTIRA delivers compact water meter shafts and a complete catalog of hydraulic network components — under European brands such as CLA-VAL, Belgicast, Cimberio and vonRoll hydro — to developers, municipalities, and water utilities across Panama and Central America.

Czech-engineered for extreme conditions — what about Panama?
HUTIRA shafts were originally designed for the Czech climate: thermal insulation protects the meter from frost, and the bottomless design keeps the shaft from being pushed up by frozen ground. In Panama, frost isn't a factor, but the same bottomless design solves a different, very real problem: groundwater uplift and seasonal flooding, which are common in Panama's coastal and high-water-table areas — the same failure mode that cracks traditional sealed shafts.
Honesty note: HUTIRA does not yet have reference installations in Panama — this is a new product line for ISOThermal Innovations, evaluated for its technical fit with the market, not yet by local track record.

Czech-manufactured product (Popůvky u Brno / Ostrovačice), shipped to Panama via a European port — Bremerhaven / Antwerp — to Balboa, Colón, or Cristóbal, following the same logistics route as ISOThermal Innovations' other European product lines. Production and transit times vary by model and order volume; request a quote for exact timelines for your project.
